#### 115AA Information relating to contraventions of section 9 or 10 etc. If APRA believes on reasonable grounds that a person has, or may have, custody or control of information or documents relating to conduct of the person or another person that constitutes, or may constitute: (a) a contravention of section 9 or 10; or (b) the aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring of a contravention of section 9 or 10; APRA or an authorised person may, by written notice given to the person, require the person to give the information in writing signed by that person, or to produce the documents, within the time and in the manner specified in the notice.
