#### 103 Parts V and VA not to affect operation of certain laws It is the intention of the Parliament that Parts V and VA shall not apply to the exclusion of a law of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory in so far as that law makes provision for an investigation into the affairs of a body corporate or other person.
