#### 69 Delegation The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate any or all of the Minister’s powers under this Act (other than subsection 5(2) or (6)) to: (a) APRA; or (aa) an APRA member, within the meaning of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998, or (b) an APRA staff member, within the meaning of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998.
