#### 62 Revocation of orders (1) The Minister may, at any time, by notifiable instrument, revoke a permanent restraining order or a divestment order. (2) The Minister must not revoke a permanent restraining order or divestment order if the Minister is satisfied that it would be contrary to the public interest to do so. > Note: See section 5 (about what is contrary to the public interest).
