#### 57 Permanent restraining order
If the Minister is satisfied that the result of a trigger proposal would be contrary to the public interest, the Minister may, by notifiable instrument, make an order (in this Part called a permanent restraining order) prohibiting the entering into of the proposed agreement or prohibiting the proposed alteration, as the case may be, to which the trigger proposal relates.
