49 Interpretation
In this Part:
breach of condition offence means an offence against subsection 55(3).
conditional go‑ahead decision means a go‑ahead decision made under subsection 55(1A).
divestment order means an order under section 58.
go‑ahead decision means a decision under subsection 55(1) or (1A).
permanent restraining order means an order under section 57.
