#### 35 Interpretation
In this Part:
> breach of condition offence means an offence against subsection 41(3).
> conditional go‑ahead decision means a go‑ahead decision made under subsection 41(1A).
> divestment order means an order under section 44.
> go‑ahead decision means a decision under subsection 41(1) or (1A).
