35 Interpretation
In this Part:
breach of condition offence means an offence against subsection 41(3).
conditional go‑ahead decision means a go‑ahead decision made under subsection 41(1A).
divestment order means an order under section 44.
go‑ahead decision means a decision under subsection 41(1) or (1A).
permanent restraining order means an order under section 43.
trigger proposal has the meaning given by section 36.
