#### 24 Payments from Fund 24 Payments from Fund > There is payable from the Fund— > > > (a) the remuneration (including allowances) of the members of the Board, the chief executive officer or other staff of the Institute and any person acting in the office of a member of the Board, and > > > (b) all payments made on account of the Institute or otherwise required to meet expenditure incurred in relation to the functions of the Institute, and > > > (c) all other payments required by or under this or any other Act to be paid from the Fund. > > **s 24:** Am 2003 No 46, Sch 1 \[5\].
