#### 13 Co-operation in sport 13 Co-operation in sport > > (1) For the purpose of fostering co-operation in sport between New South Wales and the other States and Territories, the Institute may provide access to persons from other States and Territories to the resources, services and facilities of the Institute. > > > (2) The Institute may, in performing its functions, consult and co-operate with, and enter into agreements with, appropriate authorities of the Commonwealth, the States or the Territories, or with other persons, associations and organisations, whether within or outside New South Wales.
