sec.48 Security and safety considerations
When performing a function under this Act at, or relating to, a place of detention, a person must have regard to— the good order and security of the place of detention; and the safety of any person at, or whose work is connected with, the place of detention.
- (a) the good order and security of the place of detention; and
- (b) the safety of any person at, or whose work is connected with, the place of detention.
