sec.37 Officer subject to direction of inspector
An officer of the ombudsman to whom a function is delegated under section 36 is subject to the direction of the inspector in performing the function or exercising a power under this Act. An officer of the ombudsman, other than an officer mentioned in subsection (1) , is subject to the direction of the inspector to the extent the officer is involved in the administration of this Act. (sec.37-ssec.1) An officer of the ombudsman to whom a function is delegated under section 36 is subject to the direction of the inspector in performing the function or exercising a power under this Act. (sec.37-ssec.2) An officer of the ombudsman, other than an officer mentioned in subsection (1) , is subject to the direction of the inspector to the extent the officer is involved in the administration of this Act.
