24 Powers that may be exercised by inquiry officers and Assistants IGADF
The Inspector‑General ADF may, in writing, authorise an inquiry officer, or an Assistant IGADF, to exercise the powers of the Inspector‑General ADF under section 22 or 23 in relation to an inquiry if: (a) the inquiry officer has been appointed to conduct, or the Assistant IGADF has been directed to conduct, the inquiry; and (b) the inquiry is of a kind to which section 22 or 23 applies.
