18 Times and places for conduct of inquiries
(1) An inquiry is to be conducted at such times, and at such places, as: (a) for an inquiry conducted by an inquiry officer—the inquiry officer determines; or (b) for an inquiry conducted by an Assistant IGADF—the Assistant IGADF determines; or (c) otherwise—the Inspector‑General ADF determines. (2) An inquiry may be conducted either within or outside Australia.
