17 Procedure generally
(1) Subject to this instrument, an inquiry is to be conducted in such manner as the Inspector‑General ADF considers appropriate having regard to the subject matter of the inquiry. (2) In conducting an inquiry, the Inspector‑General ADF, an inquiry officer or an Assistant IGADF is not bound by the rules of evidence.
