13 Concurrent inquiries
The Inspector‑General ADF, an inquiry officer or an Assistant IGADF may inquire into a matter whether or not the matter, or something that includes the matter, is the subject of: (a) another inquiry by the Inspector‑General ADF, an inquiry officer or an Assistant IGADF; or (b) an inquiry under another complaint handling procedure.
