25 Authorisation to use or disclose protected information for purposes of proceedings
A person who obtains protected information may disclose the information: (a) to a court or tribunal, or in accordance with an order of a court or tribunal, for the purposes of proceedings; or (b) to a coronial inquiry, or in accordance with an order of a coroner, for the purposes of a coronial inquiry.
Note: This section constitutes an authorisation for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 and other laws.
