57 Disclosures qualifying for protection
A disclosure of information by an individual qualifies for protection under this section if: (a) the disclosure is made to an official of the Office; and (b) the disclosure is made in compliance with: (i) a request made by the Inspector‑General; or (ii) a notice given under subsection 44(2).
