16 Variation of annual work plan
(1) The Inspector‑General may vary a work plan for a financial year if the Inspector‑General is satisfied that it is reasonable and appropriate to do so. (2) The Inspector‑General must publish the work plan, as varied, on the Inspector‑General’s website as soon as practicable after the work plan has been varied. (3) A varied work plan is not a legislative instrument.
