50‑75 Inquiries by a Part 2 committee
(1) A Part 2 committee considering a matter under Part 2 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Bankruptcy) may make inquiries of any person for the purposes of making a decision in relation to the matter. (2) Inquiries made must be inquiries: (a) that are reasonable, for the purpose of making an informed decision; or (b) that the Chair of the committee believes are appropriate in order for the committee to have sufficient information to make the decision.
