The following apply in relation to the administration of estates by a registered trustee that the trustee started on or after the commencement day: (a) the amendment of paragraph 70‑30(2)(c) made by the amending Rules; (b) subsection 70‑30(2AA), as inserted by the amending Rules; (c) paragraph 70‑35(5)(aa), as inserted by the amending Rules.
