168  Resolutions and special resolutions The repeal and substitution of the definitions of resolution and special resolution in subsection 5(1) of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 by this Schedule apply in relation to:  (a) in the case of proposals put to creditors in a meeting—proposals put at a meeting where the requirement to hold the meeting arises on or after the commencement day; and  (b) in the case of proposals without meetings—proposals put to creditors on or after the commencement day.
