1566  Matters dealt with by the Board before the commencement day  (a) an application has been made under section 1292 of the old Act in relation to a person before the commencement day; and  (b) before the commencement day, the Board has:  (i) made an order in response to the application under subsection 1292(2), (3), (4), (5), (6) or (7); or  (ii) dealt with the person under subsection 1292(9) in response to the application; or  (iii) held a conference in relation to the application under section 1294A.  (2) The old Act continues to apply in relation to:  (a) the decision to:  (i) make the order under subsection 1292(2), (3), (4), (5), (6) or (7); or  (ii) deal with the matter under subsection 1292(9) in response to the application; or  (iii) convene the conference under section 1294A; and  (b) a decision made at the conference held under section 1294A; and  (c) any process ordered under subsection 1294A(4) at the conference held under that section; and  (d) the matter in relation to which the conference was held under section 1294A before the commencement day.  (3) The same matter may not be dealt with under Division 40 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations).
