121  Cancellation by the Inspector‑General under the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Bankruptcy) (1) Section 40‑30 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Bankruptcy) applies whether or not an event mentioned in subsection 40‑30(1) occurs before, on or after the commencement day. (2) However, paragraph 40‑30(1)(c) of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Bankruptcy) does not apply in relation to the cancellation of the registration of a person as a liquidator under the Corporations Act 2001, as in force at any time before the commencement day.
