118  Matters not dealt with by a committee before the commencement day  (a) the Inspector‑General convened a committee under section 155H of the old Act to consider whether the trustee should continue to be registered before the commencement day; and  (b) the committee has not made a decision in relation to the trustee under section 155I of the old Act before the commencement day; the committee must cease its consideration of the matter on the commencement day without making such a decision. (2) The fact that the committee has ceased to consider the matter does not preclude the matter, or any aspect of the matter, from being dealt with under Division 40 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Bankruptcy). (3) To avoid doubt, nothing in this item affects any right or obligation that any person has before the commencement day, including any right to review, in relation to the consideration of the matter by the committee.
