103 Applications for registration under the old Act (a) a person has applied for registration as a trustee under section 154A of the old Act; and (c) the person is not registered as a trustee; the application is taken never to have been made and the Inspector‑General must, on behalf of the Commonwealth, refund to the person an amount equal to the fee paid in relation to the application. (2) A person is registered as a trustee at a particular time if the person is registered as a trustee under the National Personal Insolvency Index at that time.
