85 Taking advantage of information (1) This section applies to a person to whom information is given by a Board of Inquiry or a Board of Inquiry officer during the course of the Board of Inquiry's inquiry. (2) The person to whom the information is given must not take advantage of the information to benefit the person or any other person. (3) A person does not commit an offence against subsection (2) if the information is in the public domain at the time the person takes advantage of it, otherwise than as a result of a disclosure that the person knows or ought to have known was unlawful.
