78 Compellability of members (1) A person who is or was a member of a Board of Inquiry is not compellable to give evidence in relation to the Board of Inquiry in any criminal, civil, administrative or disciplinary proceedings. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) prevents a person who is or was a member of a Board of Inquiry giving evidence voluntarily.
