71 Access to Board of Inquiry proceedings (1) A member of a Board of Inquiry may make an order excluding any person from a proceeding of the Board of Inquiry if— (e) the member otherwise considers the exclusion appropriate. (2) The Board of Inquiry must cause a copy of the order to be posted— (3) An order made under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument within the meaning of the **Subordinate Legislation Act 1994**.
