70 Failure to comply with notice or requirement (1) If the chairperson of a Board of Inquiry is satisfied that a person has, without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with a notice to produce or notice to attend in relation to the Board of Inquiry or a requirement under section 68, the chairperson may apply to the Supreme Court for an order under this section. (2) On an application under subsection (1), the Supreme Court may order the person to comply with the notice or requirement within the period specified by the Court. See also sections 86 and 87.
