67 Witness already in custody (1) If a notice to attend a Board of Inquiry is issued to a person who is in a prison or a police gaol, the Board of Inquiry may give a written direction that the person be brought before the Board of Inquiry as required by the notice to attend. (2) A direction under subsection (1) must be in the prescribed form (if any).
