38 Compellability of commissioners (1) A person who is or was a commissioner is not compellable to give evidence in relation to the Royal Commission in any criminal, civil, administrative or disciplinary proceedings. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) prevents a person who is or was a commissioner giving evidence voluntarily.
