21 Power to take evidence on oath or affirmation (1) A Royal Commission may require a person attending an inquiry of the Royal Commission, whether in accordance with a notice to attend or otherwise, to give evidence or answer questions on oath or affirmation. (2) A commissioner, or a member of staff of the Royal Commission who is authorised to do so by a commissioner, may administer an oath or affirmation to a person for the purposes of subsection (1).
