20 Witness already in custody (1) If a notice to attend a Royal Commission is issued to a person who is in a prison or a police gaol, the Royal Commission may give a written direction that the person be brought before the Royal Commission as required by the notice to attend. (2) A direction under subsection (1) must be in the prescribed form (if any).
