13 Commissioners may act separately (1) This section applies if a Royal Commission is constituted by more than one commissioner. (2) Subject to this Act and the letters patent establishing the Royal Commission, the chairperson of the Royal Commission may determine from time to time that any of the functions of the Royal Commission may be performed by one or more commissioners separately. Subject to the letters patent, the chairperson could determine that the individual commissioners hold concurrent hearings.
