20 Use of certain land at Smith Street, Rozelle
(1) This clause applies to Lots 1 and 2, DP 782330, Lot 1, DP 782348 and Lot 1, DP 228261, Smith Street, Rozelle, identified as “20” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) boarding houses,
(b) function centres,
(c) hospitals,
(d) markets,
(e) places of public worship,
(f) public administration buildings,
(g) residential care facilities,
(h) seniors housing,
(i) telecommunication facilities.
