Tasmania act
This short Act retroactively treats the person who acted as Director of Inland Fisheries between 1 March 2000 and 26 May 2003 as validly appointed and confirms that acts done or omitted by them in that role are not invalid solely because a formal appointment under section 11 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 was missing. It also assigns responsibility for administering this Act to the Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment and that Department until an Administrative Arrangements order is made.
