Tasmania regulation
These regulations make and publish amendments to the Inland Fisheries Regulations 2019 and set when those amendments start: seven days after Gazette notification (reg 2). The instrument also records that the changes have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Regulations (regs 4–5). They affect anyone governed by the Inland Fisheries Regulations and the administering Department. Mechanically, this instrument mainly updates the statutory text and fixes commencement timing; any new compliance costs or obligations depend on the substance of the incorporated amendments (reg 3).
