83 Notification of changes
[Section 83 Amended by No. 101 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Mar 2000] A registered fish dealer or a person who sells imported fish must notify the Director in writing of any of the following:
(a) any change of name or address;
(b) any change in the particulars of any premises–
(i) on or at which the person deals with fish; or
(ii) from which the person sells imported fish.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
