197B Limitation on time for complaints
[Section 197B Inserted by No. 64 of 2007, s. 7, Applied:19 Dec 2007] Notwithstanding the Justices Act 1959 , a complaint for an offence under this Act or any subordinate legislation made under this Act may be brought at any time within 5 years from the date on which the matter giving rise to the complaint arose.
