197A Aiding and abetting
[Section 197A Inserted by No. 64 of 2007, s. 7, Applied:19 Dec 2007] A person must not aid, abet or induce another person to commit an offence under this Act or any subordinate legislation made under this Act.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or both.
