194 Regulations relating to fees and charges
(1) The Governor may make regulations prescribing fees and charges in relation to –
(a) any matter under this Act; and
(b) any services provided under this Act.
(1A) [Section 194 Subsection (1A) inserted by No. 46 of 2019, s. 5, Applied:12 Dec 2019] The Governor may make regulations providing for the payment of royalties in respect of the taking of eels.
(2) [Section 194 Subsection (2) amended by No. 46 of 2019, s. 5, Applied:12 Dec 2019] Regulations made under this section may prescribe a fee, charge or royalty by–
(a) specifying a set amount; or
(b) [Section 194 Subsection (2) amended by No. 46 of 2019, s. 5, Applied:12 Dec 2019] specifying any other method of calculating the fee, charge or royalty.
