164 Non-application of Division
(1) [Section 164 Subsection (1) substituted by No. 6 of 2007, s. 44, Applied:16 Jul 2007] This Division does not apply in relation to –
(a) a registered private fishery; or
(b) a licensed fish farm; or
(c) a person exempted under section 165 , to the extent of the exemption; or
(d) [Section 164 Subsection (1) amended by No. 34 of 2015, s. 13, Applied:01 Jan 2016] dam works authorised by a permit issued under Part 8 of the Water Management Act 1999 .
(2) This section and sections 159 , 160 and 162 do not apply to the Hydro-Electric Corporation.
