14 Contracts and arrangements

[Section 14 Substituted by No. 101 of 1999, s. 6, Applied:01 Mar 2000] For the purpose of this Act, the Director may –

(a) enter into any contract or agreement with any person or body; or

(b) make any arrangement with any person or body.
