40B Delegation by Commissioners
(1) The Commissioners may, in writing, delegate any or all of the Commissioners’ powers or functions under this Act to: (a) a Commissioner; or (b) the CEO. (2) In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Commissioners.
