40A Delegation by Infrastructure Australia
(1) Infrastructure Australia may, in writing under its seal, delegate any or all of its powers or functions under this Act to: (a) a Commissioner; or (b) the CEO. (2) In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of Infrastructure Australia.
