39B Corporate plan
In preparing or varying a corporate plan under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, the Commissioners must consult with: (a) the Minister; and (b) such of the following as the Commissioners consider appropriate: (i) government, commercial, industrial, consumer and other relevant bodies and organisations; (ii) investors in infrastructure and owners of infrastructure.
