50 Development of TPP codes and proposed amendment of TPP codes (1) A public sector agency may develop a draft TPP code or draft amendment of a TPP code. (2) Before adopting a TPP code, the public sector agency must— (a) publish the draft TPP code or draft amendment on the agency’s website or in a daily newspaper; and
