48 Private sector agency must be kept informed about privacy complaint involving contracted service provider (1) This section applies if— (a) the respondent in relation to a privacy complaint is a contracted service provider under a government contract; and (b) the information privacy commissioner is required under this part to tell, or give, something to the respondent.
