44E Conciliated agreements
(1) If a complaint is resolved by conciliation, the information privacy
commissioner may help the parties make a written record
(the conciliation agreement) of the agreement they have reached.

(2) If a conciliation agreement is made—
(a) each party to the agreement must sign the agreement; and
(b) the commissioner must give each party a copy of the conciliation
agreement.
