34 Who may make a privacy complaint?
(1) An individual may make a privacy complaint to the information
privacy commissioner.
(2) For an act or practice of a public sector agency or contracted service
provider that may be an interference with the privacy of 2 or more
individuals, any 1 of those individuals may make a privacy complaint
on behalf of all of the individuals.
(3) The information privacy commissioner must give help to the
individual to make the privacy complaint, as the commissioner
considers appropriate.
